Business Development Representative - Drive Growth in North West Tasmania
About the Role:
* You'll play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new customers, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth by identifying and solving clients fencing and gate needs.
* You will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of lead generation strategies using social media, the internet and traditional media while providing exceptional service and developing robust client relationships.

We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development/Sales Representative to spearhead our expansion efforts in the region.
This role is self-managed and requires regular travel throughout North and North West Tasmania.
Responsibilities:
1. Make contact with phone and internet enquiries.
2. Conduct client site visits and measures.
3. Design fencing and gate solutions for clients.
4. Follow up and close deals.
5. Collaborate with operations regarding designs and materials required.
6. Contribute to the company's overall growth and success.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years proven experience in business development/sales.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
* Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
* Experience in building and/or metal fabrication desirable but not necessary as anyone with good sales experience can be successful in this role.
* A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Valid driver's licence required for regular site visits.
* Experience with CRM systems (Desirable) and Microsoft Office Suite.
