An established and highly regarded real estate group based in the heart of Dee Why is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support a high-performing sales team across residential, commercial and development.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being hands-on with both marketing and administration.

The Role
* Managing proposals and marketing materials for sales agents
* Preparing property and core area reports
* Creating and distributing listing kits
* Preparing and sending follow-up and thank-you correspondence
* Ensuring listing checklists are completed accurately and compliantly
* Assisting with advertising and campaign coordination
* Maintaining and updating CRM databases
* General sales and office administration support
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* Previous experience within real estate is essential
* Strong CRM and database management experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail with strong time management skills
* Ability to prioritise and work autonomously
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Local knowledge of the Northern Beaches and living locally is preferred
