The Role
* Contribute to the strategic growth and long‐term direction of the Melbourne studio
* Lead and mentor multi‐disciplinary teams on complex, high‐value projects
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, budget, and to the highest design standards
* Act as a key link between Directors, teams, and stakeholders
* Support resourcing, program planning, and project oversight
* Play an active role in bid development and winning new work
Requirements
* 15 years of experience
* Strong track record delivering complex projects across sectors
* Confident leading teams and influencing both people and strategy
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Commercially aware with experience in project delivery and planning
* Motivated to take on a visible, strategic leadership position
