Senior Recruitment Consultant - APAC | Expert in recruiting for Construction & Engineering
Company's Summary:
Our client is a well-established and growing insurance builder based in Rochedale South, QLD. Specialising in residential and commercial insurance construction repair works, they deliver high-quality reinstatement projects for clients including insurers, loss adjusters, and property owners. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and licensed Site Manager to oversee insurance-related building projects across the region.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple insurance repair projects across residential and commercial properties
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades on-site
* Ensure compliance with WHS and building regulations at all times
* Conduct pre-site inspections, scope reviews, and handovers
* Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, assessors, and internal teams
* Ensure timely completion of works, quality assurance, and client satisfaction
* Handle variations and minor issue resolution on-site
* Prepare daily site reports and progress updates
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within insurance, residential or commercial construction
* QBCC Site Supervisor License or Builder License required
* Solid understanding of the insurance building process and claim workflows
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* White Card and current Driver's License essential
