We've recently moved into a excellent office space based in Warners Bay and are expanding our administrative support team to keep things running smoothly. 
The Opportunity 
We're looking for a reliable and proactive individual to support our Office Administrator with day-to-day operations. This casual, in-office role is perfect for someone who is available two days a week, enjoys variety and being part of a team-oriented team. 
Daily you will: 
Manage office correspondence and maintain our document management system 
Coordinate stock management – from generating quotes and tracking deliveries to processing invoices and dispatches 
Support client communication and inventory updates 
Organise inductions and site-specific training for team members 
Ensure the office is well-stocked and manage supplier relationships 
Arrange team travel as needed 
Assist with general administrative tasks and overflow work

What you'll need to succeed 
The ideal candidate will have: 
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role 
Exceptional organisational skills with excellent attention to detail 
A foundational understanding of accounting principles 
Practical experience with accounts payable and receivable processes 
Experience with Xero or Workflow Max (desired not essential) 
A robust commitment to quality and customer service 
Proficiency in MS Office applications 
Excellent communication skills 
Familiarity with administrative procedures and practices
