This position is part of the Technical Support department located in Sydney and will be remote. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Technical Support team and report to the Team Lead responsible for assisting with the provision of engineering maintenance support services to the customer base in a geographically defined region. The Technical Support Specialist will be working closely with the State Engineer and supervised by the Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform service work and maintain technical knowledge across devices.
* Conduct annual and semi-annual servicing on all installed analysers in line with the documented Preventative Maintenance schedule.
* Ensure all unplanned or on demand analyser service is to be performed in accordance with the customer's Service Agreement and relevant RPAC processes.

Requirements:

* Studying towards a Tertiary Engineering qualification: Biomedical engineering or Electrical & Electronic engineering qualification.
* Competent user across Microsoft Applications.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

* Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and access to a roadworthy vehicle insured for business purposes.
* Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 15kg.

Desirable Skills:

* Previous experience in working on electronic and or mechanical devices.
* Working with cross-functional teams.
