Randstad is seeking Expressions of Interest for highly skilled negotiation and account management professionals who have extensive experience managing high-volume inbound and outbound interactions to join our talent pool for upcoming assignments within a contact centre environment.

Key duties:
* Effectively manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and interactions regarding complex account and payment matters.
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their circumstances and develop tailored account resolution strategies or payment arrangements.
* Act as a key representative, maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring all interactions adhere to procedural and compliance guidelines.
Skills/experience required:
* Exceptional ability to navigate complex and sensitive customer interactions, leveraging highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated success in building professional relationships and rapport while effectively engaging with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Proven ability to meet individual and team KPIs in a target-driven professional environment.
* Experience working within strict policies and procedures to maintain operational consistency and compliance.
* A proven track record of collaborative team engagement and strong interpersonal abilities to achieve shared goals.
* Demonstrated high-level proficiency in various computer systems and CRM platforms, with an ability to quickly adapt to new technology.
* Experience gained within Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Sales environments will be highly regarded, specifically in roles focused on Complex Account Management, Conflict Resolution, or Arrears Management.
* Ability to pass a criminal history check is mandatory for these assignments.
