About the Role: We are excited to offer an amazing chance for a passionate, motivated and experienced Diagnostic Technician to join our Mercedes-Benz Service Team in Warwick Farm. To succeed in this role you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment carrying out practical and hands on activities.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out diagnostics on all vehicles across the Mercedes-Benz Car and Van ranges
* Liaising with Mercedes-Benz Australia technical department for support on technical issues
* Identifying and repairing technical issues
* Correctly completing all work as per Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Peter Warren Retail standards
* Road testing vehicles
* Conducting quality checks on all work to help ensure vehicles are Fixed First Visit
* Completing Mercedes-Benz trainings as required
* Guide and mentor workshop staff
* Experience in the brand is preferable but not essential
* A current driver's licence
* A qualified technician
* Be passionate about the brand
* Ability to work in a busy service centre
* Be reliable and have a valuable work ethic
* Minimum 5 years experience as a technician
* Be able to work independently as well as in a team workplace
* Excellent organisational skills
