Overview
As the Project Manager within our Defence & Security team, you will apply your experience and skills to plan, execute and deliver diverse and innovative projects supporting Australian customers. You will lead collaboration activities with multiple stakeholders to facilitate and deliver outcomes across projects. This will include but is not limited to, acquisition and engineering change proposals across a diverse technology stack within the air and maritime domains.
Responsibilities
* Autonomously manage the execution of one or multiple projects, from start to finish
* Manage the financial and operational resources necessary to meet contractual obligations of the project to ensure profitability
* Develop and execute the project management plan for projects
* Day-to-day collaboration with matrix team members
* Where applicable, participate in proposal writing for project management aspects
Our Ideal Candidate Has
* PMP Certification
* Expertise in analysing information, designing and developing new approaches, methodologies and processes
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Proven learning capability
* Having a background in defence is preferable but not essential
Location
* Homebush, NSW or Brisbane, QLD
* We operate a hybrid working approach.
* Your role will involve some national and international travel

Security Requirements
As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible to obtain a Defence Security Clearance to work in this role – please be mindful to obtain a clearance, one of the main requirements is you must be an Australian Citizen.
