This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced BDM to work directly from a store location, managing key accounts, building relationships, and driving business growth across the trade and contractor market.
You'll be at the forefront of developing client strategies while enjoying a strong support network from the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key trade accounts within the Castle Hill region, developing long-term relationships with contractors and business clients.
- Drive sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reporting on performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure exceptional customer service and seamless execution of brand initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement initiatives to increase market share and revenue.
The Ideal Candidate Looks Like:
- Experienced BDM or Account Manager within the trade/tools sector, with a strong understanding of contractor and trade customer needs.
- Confident, proactive, and commercially minded, with the ability to work independently and lead business growth initiatives.
- Holds a valid driver's license, with the flexibility to travel within the region as required.
- Preferably between 25-55 years of age, with local Australian sales experience (overseas experience not considered).
