The position of Logistics Specialist is critical in ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of online orders. This role requires a high level of proficiency in managing storehouse operations, maintaining quality standards, and supporting general logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Supply Chain Management Tasks
o Loading and unloading goods from external/internal parties
o Receiving and storing items efficiently
o Managing inventory levels to meet customer demand
o Handing over parcels to external/internal parties
o Reporting operational issues promptly
o Maintaining a clean and organized storehouse environment
* Health and Safety Obligations
o Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
o Identifying potential hazards and reporting incidents
o Conducting regular risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment
o Maintaining high standards of personal health and safety
* Technology Application and Support
o Using administrative software to manage logistics tasks
o Applying technology to improve operational efficiency
o Operating various tools and equipment
o Providing technical support to team members as needed
Requirements
