Service Maintenance Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the planning and delivery of maintenance contracts, supervise staff and subcontractors, monitor service expenditure compliance against agreed standards, manage asset system plant records, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of asset management project lifecycles, excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and experience in managing resource alignment across procurement streams. Key requirements include:
