Assistant Store Manager Position
Oversee and manage store operations to ensure success.
Support and develop team members for exceptional customer service.
The role involves working closely with the Store Manager, leading the team, managing operations and coaching team members to achieve outstanding results. The ideal candidate will have a strong supervisory background, preferably in retail or trade, with mechanical/automotive parts knowledge an advantage.
* Previous supervisory experience
* Previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale and workshop operations
* Mechanical/automotive parts knowledge (advantageous)
* Flexible availability and a valid driver's licence
