EPAM is looking for a
**Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our team in Adelaide, SA.
**Responsibilities**:
- Successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize
- Obtain the job role details from hiring managers such as details about the job description, wages and conditions of employment
- Share the information on current job vacancies in EPAM to employers and job seekers
- Optimise operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, recruitment experience to all stakeholders
- Agility to adapt the portfolio according to the capacity planning to ensure the team is adequately staffed to prevent drops in productivity or support
- Support and drive the roadmap for the EPAM APAC talent acquisition team and partner with teams outside of the APAC region to make sure we are aligned in supporting the businesses
- Interview and assess applicants, and oversee the selection of staff
- Communicating: managing in a matrix environment, from maintaining reports to 121 relationships
- Operating effectiveness: knowing the importance of maintaining ATS and other supporting technologies

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or any equivalent
- Having at least 15+ years of total recruiting experience out of which at least 8 years will be in Technical recruitment
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member
- Full cycle Technical recruiting experience in a fast-growing technology company or with a fast-paced recruiting agency
- Solid track record / experience in corporate and/or search firm, with a heavy focus on sourcing strategy and stakeholder management
- Engaging, qualifying the brief. Influencing hiring managers on expectations vs reality
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools Boolean search, Beamery, HirEZ; including social media, proactive phone and internet research
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- Good knowledge of various ATS and CRM tools, as well as data management tools: Telescope, Power BI and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Regional recruitment experience in other APAC locations - Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, Vietnam
