**The Role**
As the retail manager**,** you will be responsible for the successful operation of the overall business within this busy supermarket. You will be responsible for the team management, development and P&L; whilst ensuring the highest quality of goods are being presented and are available to your customers.
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous Supermarket Management experience
- Fresh Produce experience essential
- Understanding of all financials, working to KPI's
- The ability to train and develop staff
- Understanding of local market and seasonal trends
