ABOUT THE ROLE
Reef City Motors – Central Queensland's leading dealership – is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team.
This is a key leadership position responsible for driving exceptional customer experiences across all areas of the dealership. Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving customer satisfaction and dealership performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Follow up with customers to ensure expectations are consistently met
* Oversee customer interactions across all departments of the dealership
* Ensure continual, clear communication between customers and the dealership
* Monitor and report on customer service performance to Department Managers
* Provide guidance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
* Uphold company policies and procedures to safeguard business operations
* Drive a culture focused on excellence in customer care and satisfaction
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Proven history in a customer service focused role
* Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
* Empathetic personality with strong conflict resolution abilities
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Current Australian Driver's License
