We are currently seeking a talented and driven Prepress Operator to join our dynamic pre-production team. This full-time role is ideal for an experienced professional with a solid background in preparing artwork for print across a variety of formats and presses, particularly within fast-paced production environments.
A minimum of 1-2 years of prepress experience is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities
* Preflight and prepare artwork files for both digital and offset print production
* Manage files efficiently, maintaining version control and backup systems
* Adhere to established quality assurance procedures and production standards
* Creating or modifying artwork in accordance with strict print specifications
* Help drive development and research into industry techniques and trends

Essential Skills & Attributes
* Proven experience in both offset and digital print processes
* Proficient with Mac and/or PC platforms
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
* Excellent communication and a proactive, solution-focused approach
* Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
* A team player who works well in a collaborative environment
* Valid Australian work authorisation is required

* Familiarity with Esko software (DeskPack, Automation Engine, etc.)
