Play a key role in a busy
Real Estate
practice, advising across a broad range of leasing matters, including: Retail leasing, renewals, variations, assignments and negotiations. Portfolio leasing support for landlords and asset managers. Project and development leasing for retail and mixed‑use sites. Drafting and negotiating leases and related documentation. Direct client engagement and day‑to‑day matter management. The ideal candidate
5+ years’ PQE
and a strong leasing background (retail preferred). Excellent drafting skills and sharp attention to detail. Strong client relationship and stakeholder management capability. The ability to manage priorities, deadlines and competing workflows. Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal). An interest in mentoring and supporting junior team members.
