Talent Acquisition Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from initial job postings to successful candidate placement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


About This Opportunity

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position based in Melbourne or Sydney. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with access to ongoing learning and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

* Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies;
* Managing job postings, advertisements, and other recruitment materials;
* Coordinating interviews and assessments with hiring managers and other stakeholders;
* Providing feedback to candidates and ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process;
* Collaborating with the People & Culture team to develop and implement innovative solutions to attract and retain top talent.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of three years' experience in talent acquisition or a related field;
* Proven expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media tools and applicant tracking systems;
* Excellent interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidates with a legal background;
* A strong client service focus and commercial acumen;
* Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
* The ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex recruitment challenges.
