Job Summary
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in the forklift industry. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating sales operations to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the sales team with quotes, proposals, and presentations.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
* Process orders, track deliveries, and manage documentation.
* Maintain customer databases and sales reports.
* Build strong customer relationships and provide after‑sales support.
* Coordinate with suppliers, service teams, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
* Monitor stock levels and ensure timely inventory replenishment.
Requirements
* Experience in sales support or coordination (forklift industry preferred).
* Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
* Customer‑focused with problem‑solving abilities.
