About the Role
As a Personal Care Attendnat you'll provide tailored care, assisting with:
* Personal Care
* Manual Handling
* Domestic Assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
* Transport & Community Access (escorted and unescorted shifts)
* Meal Preparation (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
You will be a key part of our clients' lives, offering emotional support, facilitating social interaction, and helping them reach their personal goals.
Availability:
* Evenings (5:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
* Open to occasional day shifts
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Preferred 2 years experience as a PCA
* Weekday availability 8am–5pm
* Minimum 20 hours per week
* Reliable and able to work independently
* Experience supporting clients with vision impairment
* Willing to complete stand‑alone cleaning tasks
* Comfortable travelling throughout Bendigo
