Private Investment & Development Company requires an experienced Property Accountant for a pumping Shopping Centre in Canberra.
Role Responsibilities:
Assist the Centre Manager and team in achieving targets and goals by providing outstanding and reliable support.
Consolidate and ensure delivery of Monthly Reports for the centre across all Trusts are issued on time and to high standards.
Manage admin and accounts, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and timely reconciliation of accounts/expenses.
Foster strong relationships with retail tenants to support and collect tenant arrears, ensure tenancy schedule accuracy, and distribute retailer correspondence.
Follow logical sequences and be savvy with numbers.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience as an Administration Manager in a Shopping Centre environment, or experience in Property Management or Property Accounting.
Experience using MRI software is preferred but not essential.
Highly organized and a team player.
