About The Role
The Clinical Nurse Specialist position is a district wide role that provides leadership for clients with complex dementia care needs with the Western NSW Local Health District.
The Aged Care Division delivers a range of clinical and non-clinical services across the entire Local Health District to support Older people in their families to enable them remain supported in their home.
The aged care teams and programs have a strong commitment to advocacy, restorative care and reablement back to wellness and independence. The position will enjoy cooperation and support within a strong leadership team and can expect significant challenges in a changing aged care environment which needs to respond to a growing patient population and commonwealth and state health reforms impacting on operations.
