Are you a passionate operator looking to join a skilled team and rapid paced civil construction company?
Rawco is a forward thinking retaining wall specialist working in the civil industry. We are a full circle provider when it comes to retaining walls. From early planning, design, structural engineering, construction, and certification - we do it all.
Our people all strive for one common goal - Retaining Excellence - which is our constant pursuit to be better with everything we set our hands on.
As an excavator operator, you need to:
- Have drilling experience, specifically on projects with civil retaining walls
- Show up with passion, and determination to deliver on results
- Must have a love of dirt, all things civil, and drilling holes
- Be comfortable in our go-to machine, a 14 Ton zero swing - but we have bigger and smaller in our fleet
Where you will work:
Our work is all over Victoria, and you should be prepared to travel on certain projects of up to an hour from home. Hotspots include; Geelong, Ballarat, Moorabool Shire, Hume, Mitchell Shire, Whittlesea, Bendigo, Cardinia
For those interested in remote and further away projects, including regional VIC, NSW, and SA - some opportunities may arise for contract work away from home with all the allowances during your stay.

- What civil projects have you been involved in? We want to learn of the specific jobs and types of things you helped build
- We want to see you operate - there's a saying 'show me, don't tell me' and we believe it!
- Outside of work - what else is important to you? We are a family orientated business with passions and hobbies outside of weekly hustle. We are looking for like minded individuals whom we understand their expectations
Tickets, white card, reliable car/ travel arrangements, and retaining wall experience are all non-negotiables.
