Guest Service Officer

The Role:
* Answer and direct guest inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
* Manage guest requests and complaints in a proactive and professional manner
* Coordinate communication between various departments to ensure smooth operations
* Ensure all communication channels are covered during shifts
* Assist in guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations as needed
Requirements:
* Previous experience in guest services or customer support
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest concerns professionally
