My Own Care is a registered NDIS provider, dedicated to building independence, increasing opportunities, and supporting social participation for people living with disabilities in Australia.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated, driven, and experienced Business Development Manager to work closely with the MOC team and lead the growth and expansion of our services in line with our Strategic and Operational Plan.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and competitive Business Development Manager to join our team in Adelaide, SA.

Reporting to the Director, your key responsibilities will include:

* Building and expanding service offerings across the Adelaide region and surrounding rural areas.
* Driving revenue growth and meeting onboarding targets each quarter by promoting and onboarding supports and services in NDIS respite, STA, MTA, SIL/SDA Accommodation, community and social participation, allied health, and day programs.
* Identify, pursue, and convert business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) growth opportunities within the NDIS sector.
* Generating new business through cold calls, networking events, and building strong long-term relationships with industry stakeholders.
* Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline by identifying potential new participants and business opportunities.
* Engaging with stakeholders to keep them informed about our services and identifying local community needs and opportunities.
* Building strong collaborative relationships with other service providers, community groups, participants, families, carers, and government agencies to support the achievement of our goals.

To be successful, you will have:

* Extensive knowledge and experience in the NDIS sector and awareness of market trends.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
* A current Australian driver's licence (frequent travel required).
* A current and valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* A current and valid Working with Children Check.
