Responsibilities
* Complete assigned operations, assisting in the manufacture of each bus.
* Assemble or assist in the assembly of each component per assigned department.
* Run air and power hand tools.
* Read and interpret shop orders.
* Meet all QA and QC standards for each assembly task per assigned department.
* Ensure parts are assembled per instructions for proper appearance and function.
Qualifications
* Quality minded
* Good attendance
* Ability to multitask and follow instructions
* Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
* Able to work overtime as needed.
Preferred skills and experience to be successful
* Read and use a tape measure to precise measurements
* Use common hand tools and power tools such as drills, screw guns, and caulk guns.
* Installing and mounting non-electrical interior/exterior components and hardware.
* Assemble fabricated parts, components, and other units in department.
* Ensure safety requirements and manufacturing quality standards are met.
