Scheduler Role
Residential construction projects rely heavily on effective scheduling, and this is where a skilled Scheduler comes in. We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for coordinating residential construction projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate schedules for single and double storey homes, communicating effectively with supervisors, contractors, and suppliers, and providing timely updates to internal teams and clients.
* Develop and maintain construction schedules for single and double storey homes.
* Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met.
* Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement schedule updates as needed.
* Manage pricing variations and maintain the price book.
* Provide clear and timely communication to internal teams and clients.
* Support project delivery across all stages from pre-start through to handover.
We are looking for someone with experience as a Scheduler within residential construction (single and double storey), strong organisational and time management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, proficiency in scheduling software, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
