Overlooking stunning Catseye Beach, Sails combines a relaxed, open-air atmosphere with refined dining and genuine, intuitive service.We're seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager who leads with confidence, warmth, and a hands-on approach.
You'll work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, guide and inspire a passionate front-of-house team, and deliver exceptional, intuitive service that anticipates guest needs and makes every visit memorable.Your RoleAs Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving service excellence across all areas of the restaurant.
You'll lead by example - working hands-on on the floor, behind the bar, and supporting your team wherever needed to create a seamless guest experience.
