Requirements & Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
* Proven experience in financial management within a complex organization.
* Strong analytical, communication, and mentoring skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications and financial systems (e.g., Oracle).
