Role Description
We are seeking a Warehouse General Hand to join our team in Cranbourne West, VIC. This is a full‐time, on‐site role where you will assist with various warehouse tasks including receiving, storing, and dispatching timber products. Responsibilities include:
* Loading and unloading deliveries.
* Operating machinery such as forklifts.
* Maintaining inventory and ensuring the warehouse is organized and clean.
* Ensuring safety measures are upheld.
* Providing excellent service to our customers.
You will also help ensure the warehouse runs efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
* Experience in warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and order preparation.
* Ability to operate machinery such as forklifts or other warehouse equipment (licensing is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain a clean and safe workplace.
* Team‐oriented mindset with the ability to work efficiently within a warehouse team.
* Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures and compliance.
* Physical fitness to handle light to moderate manual labor.
* Good communication skills to liaise with team members and customers.
* Prior experience in timber or construction industries is advantageous, but not mandatory.
