About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team at TLC Sunlight. Reporting to the Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care to our residents, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans, policies, and procedures
* Administer medications, including IV therapies, in line with endorsement and scope of practice
* Monitor, assess, and report changes in residents' clinical conditions
* Support the Registered Nurse in care planning, documentation, and clinical decision‐making
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
* Promote a safe environment, adhering to infection control and WHS standards
* Provide compassionate, respectful, and dignity‐focused care
* Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
About You
* Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
* Medication Endorsement (IV qualified)
* Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
* Strong clinical assessment and care delivery skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced environment
* Commitment to resident‐centred care and continuous improvement
* Sound knowledge of infection control and aged care standards
Compliance Requirements
* Relevant qualifications
* Up‐to‐date COVID‐19 vaccinations (3 doses)
* 2026 Influenza vaccination
* NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
* Working with Children Check
* Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
* Current Victorian Drivers Licence
