Parafield Airport Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Adelaide Airport Limited. It is South Australia's premier general aviation airport and is a major world standard international training airport.
**About the role**
Reporting to the Head of Property Asset Management, you will be part of a Property Team overseeing a large, diverse and expanding property portfolio spread across Parafield Airport. Working alongside the team at Parafield and Adelaide Airport your key duties will include:
- Working with lease negotiations, lease renewals, tenant retention strategies, rent reviews, end of lease obligations.
- Deliver property strategies and management outcomes with approved budgets and assist with financial reporting
- Preparation of annual budgets, property business plans and recovery of outgoings and utilities
- Liaise closely with other internal departments to ensure due process and compliance are undertaken and managed
- Assist with projects including new development opportunities, capital works and tenancy fit outs
- Debtor management
- Tenancy & site condition inspections
Property development and project management are important key factors in this role along with managing the current portfoilo. Other duties will also be directed from time to time by the Executive General Manager - Property or the Head of Property Asset Management. You will manage your time effectively across Parafield and Adelaide Airport.
**Skills & Experience**
The ideal applicant will have a mix of commercial property management experience and good financial acumen. You will demonstrate your knowledge in navigating and interpreting leases. Curiosity, initiative and the confidence to look beyond the norm will be key to success in this exciting role.
Degree qualifications in property, valuations, finance, commerce or equivalent are required, as is a current driver's licence. Intermediate to advance skills in Excel will be expected.
