**Client Service Officer Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Client Service Officer to join our dynamic team within Debt Market Services. As a key member of the Client Services Team, you will be responsible for administering payment functions and providing daily operational and compliance support.

* Maintain a working knowledge of assigned trusts and execute all payment instructions within agreed timeframes and SLAs.
* Develop and maintain effective operational client relationships for assigned clients/trusts.
* Use internal control checklists, invoice, bill, and perform archiving and filing tasks.
* Assist with client management and liaison, as well as act as a backup for other team members.
* Participate in team projects and demonstrate a good working knowledge of systems used within the team.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar client service role.
* Prior experience in custody or securitisation is highly advantageous.
* Strong communication skills for liaising with clients.
* Able to multitask effectively across various responsibilities.
* Strong attention to detail, and commitment to outstanding client service.
* A proactive and solution-focused approach to help meet the needs of our clients.
