Key Responsibilities:
1. Attend meetings with the Senior Advisor for both new and existing clients
2. Assist the Senior Advisors in the preparation of high level strategic SoA’s in a timely, professional and compliant manner
3. Researching and developing financial strategies for clients
4. Preparing ongoing strategic review documents
5. Implementing client recommendations, including establishing superannuation and investment funds, share portfolios and the rollover/redemption
6. Attending to general client queries
7. Maintenance and tracking client portfolios
8. Developing and refining administration processes.
About you:
9. Degree qualified in Commerce, Economics, or similar discipline
10. 2+ years' experience working in the industry within financial planning/advice, superannuation consulting environment, technical role or accounting is preferable
11. Ideally come from a paraplanning or client services background
12. Exceptional client service focus
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
14. Good lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
15. Strong Word, Excel and Xplan skills
