Reporting to the Associate Director, this is a pivotal role focused on planning, managing, and delivering a diverse range of complex civil engineering projects.You will be responsible for ensuring successful project outcomes by managing quality, costs, and schedules to consistently exceed client expectations. This includes overseeing and reviewing project planning and detailed design, delivering work to a high standard, and ensuring solutions are both innovative and commercially sound.What We're Looking ForBachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringRPEQ registration7–10+ years of demonstrated civil design experience, ideally within local and state government projectsStrong problem-solving ability and critical thinking capabilityExperience managing the production and review of detailed engineering drawingsWorking knowledge of construction methods and their influence on designSound understanding of design and commercial riskExperience preparing clear and concise Business Cases, Planning Reports, and Design Development ReportsDemonstrated project management experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to foster strong client and stakeholder relationshipsProven ability to mentor and support a team, promoting capability growth and design excellenceWhat's in it for You?
