Supply Chain Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage slot bookings and maintain accurate tracking records.
* Monitor and prioritize bookings queries for smooth scheduling.
* Collaborate with suppliers to ensure adherence to logistics standards.
* Reconcile daily stock levels and identify discrepancies.
* Update inventory systems daily with receipt information and process purchase orders.
* Coordinate stock movements between warehouse sites.
* Generate daily supply chain reports and analytics.
* Support data input and maintenance for new product set-up.
* Develop data-driven tools and solutions for future supply chain initiatives.
About You
* Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain or inventory management.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communicator across teams and suppliers.
* Proficient with ERP systems and Excel, including report generation.
* Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
* Experience with SAP is an asset.
* Background in e-commerce or consumer goods is desirable.
