About the Role

We're seeking an Administration Officer to provide essential support across our office operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in administration — or a current university student seeking valuable office experience. You'll develop practical skills in organisation, communication, and client service within a welcoming, professional setting.


Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

* Answering the phone and booking client appointments
* Greeting clients
* Making calls to gather client and industry information
* Providing assistance to financial advisers
* Completing tasks such as the preparation and processing of client actions
* Work autonomously and efficiently to meet deadlines
* Printing, scanning and filing documents


Requirements

* Be able to prioritise tasks effectively
* Ability to work confidently both individually and as part of a small team
* Experience and understanding of Microsoft Office suite
* Previous client service and administration experience would be advantageous
* Professionally presented at all times
* Demonstrable resilience and problem‑solving ability

Award level wage (Banking, Finance and Insurance Award)

Performance‑based bonuses in addition to base salary upon completion of probationary period
