The Opportunity
In this senior role, you'll shape culture and capability across a complex, purpose-driven organisation. You'll partner closely with senior leaders to deliver evidence-based initiatives that uplift leadership capability, strengthen change readiness, and contribute to a psychologically safe, high-performing workplace.

What You'll Do
• Lead culture, change and workforce capability initiatives
• Provide practical guidance on organisational change, helping teams manage resistance and build readiness.
• Build practical change management tools and guidance, including SharePoint resources
• Provide expert advice on organisational development and behavioural frameworks
• Embed diversity, equity and inclusion principles across programs and policies
• Translate strategy into leadership and development pathways
• Drive engagement survey processes and action planning
• Strengthen psychological safety and team effectiveness
• Build strong partnerships across People & Culture, clinical and corporate teams
• Support continuous improvement and organisational reform efforts

What You'll Bring
• Experience in organisational development, culture, leadership capability or organisational change
• Awareness of recognised change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, BCM, PCI) and familiarity with tools such as SharePoint is desirable
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
• Experience implementing capability frameworks and translating them into development pathways
• Commitment to DEI and person-centred practice
