Park Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and energetic leader to manage the day-to-day operations of a holiday park in a stunning coastal town. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
About The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for people, performance, and presentation. You'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest services and the smooth running of park operations.
* Leading and developing a motivated team across housekeeping, maintenance, customer service, and grounds
* Driving a positive team culture with strong service standards
* Overseeing all financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth
* Working closely with stakeholders to grow business performance
* Ensuring strong compliance, asset management, and park presentation
* Supporting park operations on the ground, including after-hours responsibilities
Requirements
You'll need:
* Demonstrated experience in hospitality, tourism, or accommodation leadership
* Strength in team management, training, and culture-building
* Solid financial acumen and budgeting capabilities
* Tech confidence – MS Office essential; RMS or similar system experience desirable
* A proactive, hands-on approach to park operations
* A current driver's license
* A passion for the outdoors and the holiday park lifestyle
