What You'll Be Doing:
1. Assist with sales and leasing campaigns by effectively managing customer relationships and promoting properties.
2. Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, handle enquiries, and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner.
3. Prepare emails, marketing materials, contracts, and administrative documents to support the team.
4. Conduct open homes, buyer appointments, and inspections to showcase properties and build client trust.
5. Provide exceptional communication and updates to buyers and tenants, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
6. Work Saturdays with a rostered weekday off, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
