As a key member of our global team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of credit management. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join us in this exciting opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar national credit management role, with a proven track record of leading small teams of credit officers. You will be responsible for overseeing the credit team, ensuring compliance with group credit policy, and managing the company's receivables.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining processes and procedures that align with group credit policy, trade insurance terms and conditions, and local statutory requirements. Additionally, you will oversee the Electrolux Control System compliance for cash collection, cash allocation, and debt collection process documentation within the OTC area.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of the credit team to ensure compliance according to the Global Credit Policy
* Management and development of a highly engaged and competent team to provide outstanding customer service
* Risk Management - approval of credit limits for customers or work with the regional team to seek approval based on established credit policies/risk assessment models
* Manage the credit team to ensure collection of accounts as they fall due to manage the Company's receivables to ensure strong working capital delivery
* Work proactively with cross-functional organization towards the company's strategic goals
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar National Credit Management role
* Strong experience leading a small team of Credit Officers
* Experience with process change and transformation
* Full understanding of the trade practices, consumer, credit & privacy acts
* Clear verbal & written communication skills
* A flair for customer service and an eye for detail
