About the Role
This is a hands-on coordination role at the centre of our client operations. Based at our Welshpool office, you\'ll be the main point of contact for clients between vehicle hire and sales enquiries and scheduling. This is a crucial stage where trust, communication, and organisation matter.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing client enquiries
* Scheduling and coordinating hire agreements, supporting fleet logistics and planning
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and workflow tasks
* Managing purchase orders and client documentation
* Delivering clear, confident communication via phone and email
You'll be the calm voice, the organised thinker, and the person who makes things happen behind the scenes.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need to come from fleet hire, but you do need to bring:
* Customer service experience (logistics / scheduling / planning highly regarded)
* A positive, professional attitude
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, whilst being confident on the phone
* The ability to multitask and problem solve under pressure
* A team member that is dependable
* Current Manual C Class driver's license (HR an advantage)
