Qualified Gardener
Depot Location – Star Crescent, Hallam
Citywide is recruiting for a Qualified Gardener to work on the maintenance of parks and gardens within our City of Casey contract.
- Full-time Monday to Friday
- Attractive working hours - 6.30am to 2.36pm
Duties of the role include but are not limited to:
- Watering and irrigation maintenance
- Turf Maintenance
- Planting
- Herbicide spraying
- General pruning
- Weeding
- Tree pruning, watering and mulching
- Establishing new and maintain old garden beds
- Operate and maintain various horticultural equipment
Skills and qualifications required:
- Previous experience in a similar gardening/soft landscaping role
- Cert III in Horticulture or equivalent
- MR Truck licence
- Chemical certificate
- Traffic Management
- First Aid
- Excellent work ethic with ability to show initiative
- Working with Children Card
- Police Check
