As one of Australia's leading school holiday program providers, Code Camp has offered programs in coding, design, YouTube, DJ, Minecraft, and robotics for over a decade. We're now looking for Camp Managers to oversee our summer camps.
Is this you?
* Qualified primary or high school teacher
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team, delegate tasks andnd liaise effectively with the HQ team ensuring smooth camp operations.
* Tech‑savvy with the ability to adapt to lesson plan content (provided)
About the position:
* You will oversee our school holiday camp programs and liaise with parents, students and Code Camp Head Office
* Coordinate and support staff including rostering breaks and playground supervision
* Camp Managers are in charge of first aid and ensuring a safe and supportive environment
* At smaller camp venues, you will teach a class (lesson plan provided)
* Staff are required to supply their own Laptop and HDMI adapter for personal use (for use during sign in/out and/or teaching if required)
* Paid training provided as well as ongoing support from our HQ team
* Each camp location runs for between 2-3 consecutive weekdays (8am - 4pm approx)
* Ongoing work available in future school holiday camp seasons
Required Skills/Qualifications:
* Must have a Tertiary Teaching/Education Degree and be registered with relevant Australian teaching organisation
* First Aid certification (including asthma, anaphylaxis and CPR preferred) or willingness to obtain immediately
* Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Prior Coding knowledge is NOT required for this role
