Job Opportunity: HR Advisor
We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing guidance and support to people managers on HR/Employee Relations and Safety matters.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to queries regarding human resources and safety matters, including compensation, professional development, employment, grievances, disciplinary, termination matters, injury management, and HR & WHS policies and procedures.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives
* Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager ANZ and site leaders to attract top talent
* Lead site safety inductions and compliance inspections
* Partner with managers to build a strong safety-first culture
* Champion the ARYZTA Core Values
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing expert advice on HR/Employee Relations and Safety matters
* Developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives
* Conducting site safety inductions and compliance inspections
