We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our growing Accounts team in Osborne Park, WA. This is a full-time position offering valuable experience in accounting and opportunities to contribute to the company's success.
**Responsibilities:**
• Support daily financial operations including data entry, invoicing, and transaction processing;
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions;
• Provide backup support during staff absences or leave;
• Assist the Accounts Lead with tasks related to financial compliance and insurance;
• Ensure accurate filing and effective record keeping of all financial documents;
**Requirements:**
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an Accounting or Finance role;
• Certificate IV in Accounting or Finance (preferred);
• Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders;
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Time management skills with ability to meet deadlines;
• Analytical mindset with creative approach to problem-solving;
• Proficient IT skills, including MS Office;
