**The Role**:
Our client is a global Financial Services organisation on the lookout for a Application Support Analyst
- Up to $90k inc Super
- SQL / O365 / SCCM
- Melbourne - Hybrid Working
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Triage requests in the support queues, actioning where possible or referring to external or internal escalation points
- Liaise internally with key staff to escalate and resolve problems.
- Working with SQL to write queries and back up databases.
**About You**:
- Understanding of SQL, as well as a knowledge of relational database fundamentals.
- Azure AD/ Office 365 management and troubleshooting skills.
