* The Project Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies in collaboration with the Marketing team, providing leadership and direction to a high-performing sales team, and collaborating across functions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
* Developing and executing sales and marketing plans to meet business objectives
* Leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and excellence
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Maintaining a deep understanding of the competitor landscape and industry trends
* Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and community leaders
* Managing contract administration and sales performance reporting
Requirements:
* Demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales teams in the Sydney off-the-plan apartment market
* Proven ability to devise and execute effective sales strategies
* Real Estate License and excellent communication skills
