We are expanding our partner ecosystem and are looking for an Associate Solutions Consultant to support partner enablement, demonstrations and early-stage presales activity.
This is an entry-level SaaS presales role with a structured pathway into a senior Solutions Engineer position.

About the Role
This role sits between sales, product and partners.
You will initially focus on partner onboarding, enablement and demos, while developing into a broader presales and solutions consulting role supporting customer opportunities.
It's ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys presenting, training and working with technology, and who wants to grow into a senior presales or solutions engineering role.

Key Responsibilities
Partner & Reseller Enablement (Primary Focus)
* Deliver partner onboarding and enablement sessions
* Introduce and demonstrate our core SaaS solutions
* Train partner sales teams on positioning and use cases
* Guide partners through our online sales tools and materials
* Promote our e-learning and certification resources
* Support partners in early opportunities and first demos
* Assist with partner technical questions and validation
* Help build demo scripts and enablement content
Presales & Solutions Support (Growing Focus)
* Support customer discovery calls
* Deliver product demonstrations
* Assist with proposals and solution design
* Help prepare technical responses and presentations
* Work with product and engineering teams on feedback
* Support trials, pilots and proof-of-concepts
Career Pathway
Over time this role will grow into:
* Owning demos and presales engagements
* Supporting larger deals
* Becoming a Solutions Engineer or Sales Leader
* Leading partner enablement initiatives

About You
This role suits someone early in their technical or commercial career who wants to move into SaaS presales or solutions consulting.
You might currently be:
* A support or implementation engineer
* Working for an MSP, telco or software vendor
* A technically minded graduate
* In a junior tech or customer-facing role
You will have:
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Confidence speaking with partners and customers
* Interest in SaaS and cloud platforms
* Technical curiosity and willingness to learn
* Organised and proactive approach
* Desire to build a long-term career in presales
Nice to have
* Contact centre or telephony knowledge
* Microsoft Teams or UC platforms
* SaaS or cloud experience

* Base salary typically $70k–$75k
* Commission and performance bonus
